Using the 80/20 principle and now focused on only medium sized owner managed businesses, Paul goes to work on doubling or trebling profits within a single year, through clarity and focus on what’s important. Truly working smarter not harder.

Keith Dalton (B.Com MBA) - Director Operations

 

Keith Dalton is a highly qualified business administrator and serial entrepreneur. With a wealth of experience in starting and operating companies and having successfully exited several companies via acquisition.

 

Specializing in raising companies to sale, he focuses on streamlining companies and growth, generating maximum value.

 

His experience ranges from sales, through administration and operations, and across a wide range of industries, mostly B2B with repeat sales.

Stephen Gregory – (Pr Eng)  Non-Executive, Advisory.  

 

Stephen Gregory is a registered Pr Eng  specializing in product research, development, evaluation, investment, marketing and quality systems. 

 

A highly Accomplished Businessman, most notably Stephen built a multi million Pound global Minerals trading business, successfully transitioned and acquired by PRINCE Minerals in 2018.

 

Stephen has an abundant knowledge of investing, Mergers and Acquisitions and Trading.

 

Stephen brings his vast business knowledge to bear, ensuring in depth due diligence on all deals as well as Legal and Financial compliance.
